To give PATH tools and techniques to strengthen their facilitation skills and increase the effectiveness of their work, we led a two-day training course with their rapidly growing Policy and Access Group.
Global health issues are complex and depend on effectively engaging stakeholders throughout the world. PATH employees are often called upon to coordinate coalitions of stakeholders and must effectively facilitate interactions between these diverse partners.
We helped PATH strengthen their skills so they can more effectively facilitate interactions between diverse partners in the global health community. To do so, we led a two-day training course that included classroom-style instruction and skill-building exercises and a series of participant-facilitated sessions that allowed PATH employees to gain firsthand experience. The practice facilitation sessions were recorded on video to provide the participants with an additional opportunity to improve their facilitation skills by observing themselves in action.
Training course participants are applying the skills they gained during their training to their work at PATH.
